This workshop supports sporting organisations to strengthen gender equity by exploring what it is, why it matters, and practical ways to put it into action. Workshop facilitator, Kathleen Denny will take a deep dive into sharing insights and useful tools to help the sector create and embed inclusive environments where women and girls can thrive.

  • Our Workshop Presenter – Kathleen Denny

    Kathleen is a gender equity practitioner and recently commenced in the role of Women & Girls Coordinator at Tennis Tasmania. Previously, she led GippSport's Preventing Violence Through Sport initiative and has delivered training, workshops and capacity-building programs across community sport, local government, and the not-for-profit sector.

    She is passionate about advancing gender equity and inclusion, helping clubs and organisations turn good intentions into meaningful action.
